Celebrating a Customer Care Nomination We’re Truly Proud Of

We’re thrilled to share that H Creative Services has been named a FINALIST in the Customer Care category at the 2025 Rutland & Stamford Mercury Business Awards! 🎉


It’s a huge honour — not just because these awards are the biggest celebration of business excellence in our area, but because one of our existing clients took the time to nominate us. That in itself means the world to our team.


What makes this recognition even more special is that it's taking place right here in our hometown of Stamford. Director Helen was born and raised here, and the business was born here, too. We're proud to have the opportunity to put Stamford on the map through our work in the wider UK. Being acknowledged locally for that effort feels like a true full-circle moment.


At H Creative Services, great customer service isn't something we take for granted; it is how we work each and every day. From the very beginning, this business has been built around two fundamental concepts: remain honest, and treat every client's business as if it were our own. We never leave clients waiting for responses, even out of hours, and make sure they know exactly what they are getting for the money they invest in our services.


Our clients also enjoy the peace of mind of knowing exactly who they're working with: a small, dedicated team that understands their brand, knows their goals, and is truly passionate about getting things right. Plus, we believe work shouldn't be serious all the time, so we like to bring a few jokes to our meetings!


Our ongoing collaboration with Altnets is an excellent example of what we stand for put into action. From the start, it was about more than just creating marketing content; it was about truly understanding their industry (telecommunications), becoming an integral part of their team, and using strategic PR and copywriting to establish a strong, credible voice in a competitive market.


With a collaborative approach based on honesty, quick turnarounds, and genuine sector insight, we've helped Altnets strengthen its market presence, increase brand recognition, and establish the business as a trusted name in telecoms. That consistency has paid off in tangible ways: they've grown their team with top talent, driven significant business growth, and recently secured one of the largest supply contracts in the UK industry. Incredibly, their new partner even highlighted the clarity and confidence of Altnets’ brand messaging as a key reason for choosing them.


Of course, this is not the finish line. This nomination encourages us to keep pushing, listening, and improving, so that we can continue to provide the type of customer service that supports long-term, trusted relationships.
